Nothing gets rid! Grrr They won't oblige by walking in to humane traps. They love the poison and the more you put down the more they come to eat. Watch out gorgeous, when they are keeping you awake at night scratching about they won't look so cute. Then every noise you hear you think is a bloomin mouse. Reckon their sole purpose is to take over the world! blimin creatures.

A few hours ago as I was working at my desk (which is just at the bottom of the stairs) I heard mousey scuttling around in the spare bedroom and mentioned it to hubholder. Just now I have heard it again. I asked hub- Did you put a trap upstairs? -No, he said- I thought I would wait and then if it ran downstairs you could give it a slap!  Shocked

Traps are set and hidden amongst the boxes of apples in the spare bedroom and along the skirting board.

Come out, come out little mouse wherever you are!  Wink

The answer is going to be far too soppy for you Mug! Embarassed

Hubholder took him to the far end of the smallholding and made him a little mound of straw to go in when he opened the trap!  Laughing

Poison- been down the route of catching them and setting them free. For every mouse you see you are likely to have another 6.
They are incontinent and wee all the time and spread salmonella.

Block up all holes with wire wool and then fill with plaster or something else on top. Any hole which is as big as a biro is big enough to let the buggers in.

Death to them I say. Have got rid of them 3 times in 3 years but autumn is always a problem and have filled in every hole or gap whaen got new kitche fitted last week.

Get neighbours to make the same attack as well.
