I think it's quite obvious when you think about it!  Check the top ten - who's missing?

I don't know if it's my place to say really.  I have told a couple of people via messages, but don't really want to be responsible for an announcement.

I'm very nosey, but not so bothered by who it is... more are they ok?? If you are in touch with them JO could you let them know that. Although it is slightly worrying that I can't figure out who even with looking at top 10. My excuse is that I am very tired and headachey...and have not been on here so much at the moment.Did I dig myself out of that hole??

Well I can't work out who it is. It's worrying because if it's someone in the top ten, then it's someone we've all talked to a lot and felt as if we've got to know them.
I'm really irritated that I can't work it out.

I've just been through the top twenty thread (which admittedly was last updated in August but everyone on there is still here apart from the person we know about already so this one is still a mystery.

On the other hand - thinking of the person concerned, would it be more tactful to let this thread drop and us turn our minds to other things.

If the person has actually left the site, then it doesn't really matter if we're tactful or not surely?
Not that people are not being tactful, just concerned. It's like I said, you feel as though you really know some people on here and it's worrying to think that someone who has spoken a lot to all of us has just gone without a word.

It wasn't meant as a telling off - just a subtle hint!

If the person left because they thought they could be identified by people who know them then it really is best to let it drop.
