and I seem to have lost about 150 posts because I'm sure I was nearly at 2500 last time I looked. Who was this prolific poster?

I feel bad that I can't work out who it is but I'm racking my brains for who is missing and can't spot anyone.

I hope whoever it is is ok anyway.

I may be being thick here, but why would that mean that your post count goes down?

Do all threads to which that person has contributed simply vanish?

All very mysterious, if you ask me!

Yes, all posts disappear if someone wishes them too.

People can ask for their threads to be deleted - it may be simpler for Craid/mods to delete the thread rather than hunt through for the individual posts.

Curioser and curioser...

So now, presumably someone is worried that someone may recognise them and something they have said, which may harm their career, otherwise why not just stop posting and leave it at that?

Luckily nobody will ever be able work out who I am from my posts.

It took me long enough to work it out myself.

I'm so sad I've been looking through the memberlist to try to spot who it is.

I don't get out much.
