I loved eating it when I lived in France and will attempt it tonight!

Well...I cheated.  Basically, I bought a pizza base ready made - normally they should be a lot thinner.  I spread creme fraiche on, sprinkled with nutmeg and added fried onion and bacon, followed by grated cheese.  Cooked in oven for 10 minutes and it was lovely!  Very Happy
