Just realised that I hadnt introduced myself properly. Im 30 (soon to be 31 years old) - about to start my 10th year teaching. Have taught from nursery to year 3, but do after school maths for 5 and 6. Have co-ordinated maths for 5 years. have strong interest in dyscalculia and Im a bit saucy and smutty to say the least _________________ Always looking for further inspiration and innovation. |

Hi all,
I am a newbie from the Yahoo group.
I am going into my 2nd year of teaching in Y1. Have done 9 years in Fstage and became an AST 2 years ago. I am Kstage leader and have responsibility for Creative curriculum in KS1
I am a mum to Luke have a DH, a cat, a dog and two GAL's!
I have posted examples of my planning on the yahoo site but still very new to Creative curriculum.

Hi all.
Jenny-Pest has already welcomed me on Primary, but I thought I'd better introduce myself here as well.
I'm teaching Yr5 and 6 this year. I've been teaching for 17 years. |

Just thought I would introduce myself properly, even though I met lots of you at the London Meet on Thursday.
I work for British Airways on the glamour jets (not!) flying from T5, but I have been a trainer for them too since 1994. I also flew and trained before then - nearly 21 years now! (Started as a child of course).
Opera Diva and I have known each other since the age of 4, attending Infant, Junior and Secondary schools together - all the way to A levels!
Great to meet the peeps I did, and look forward to next year!

Well although I did a brief intro when I signed up I then went into hiding and just lurking but well I am here and I haven't shut up all day lol!!
So you are probably thinking who is she and why doesn't she crawl back into the lurkers camp?!
Well I am Em and I am a teacher in a large Primary School, currently in KS1. I have been teaching for 6 years and have just gone through threshold yay I have one mini em1981 and she is 2!!
I feel right at home here, hope I am welcome _________________ Learning is finding out what we already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners, doers and teachers! |
