Three cups of teaThank you so much tui for recommending this book.
I found it both inspiring and moving. I'm going to get the children's versions for school and then suggest to the student council that we start the pennies for change.
Has anyone else read it yet?

i read it on a 11 hour flight. i couldn't put it down and it really helped pass the time.
I only just noticed you had posted. i loved it so much.  He was so down to earth and made things happen. It is so sad that the political situation in many parts of the world make it hard for children to be educated. the schools are so basic but absolutely appreciated. not like in the western world where many kids hate to go to school and don't take advantage of the opportunities given to them on a platter.
he certainly got himself in to some tricky situations. He has more lives than a cat.
