Just posted on another thread about this - I really liked this book. I thought the jump between the 1950s and the war years was very good and I really got into the characters. I loved the Hong Kong setting as I have been there a couple of times and could really picture where it all took place.

I really liked it too. Please don't bin it, couldn't you give it to a charity shop?

I enjoyed it too. Never been to Hong Kong but found the story fascinating and made me want to find out more.

Read the book because of the setting. Really enjoyed it.
I've not been in the library for ages - mental note to self - find time tomorrow!
