Ok - so I had a small amount of left over stir fry veg and noodles - added a tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of butter beans - ended up with a very nice noodly beany soup.

Share your left over concoctions here!

Grated cheese from acouple of days ago, mushrooms from last night and Dijon mustard from God knows when. Lunchtime today, all put with three of my hens' eggs (one a double yoker) and the result was a really yummy omlette.

Left over roast pork (which my son won't eat cold...) chopped up small in blender then mixed with made-up sage & onion stuffing mix.  Make into burger shapes - coat with bread crumbs if can be bothered - fry.  yum yum!!
