Take One Picture- Planning.We are having art week next week and with everything going on i have totally forgot to look at my planning. We are looking at Uccello picture of SAt George and the dragon. Has anybody planned a weeks worth of work on it that is cross curricular?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Chris |

I don't really have planning on it but we did some work around it last year-
-looking at St George story and other stories featuring dragons, including lots of drama work. -China links-what the dragon represents, creating dragons. -We 'disovered' a dragon in the school grounds and wrote about what it was a where it came from. -Slightly tenuous link but we looked at the clouds in the top corner and linked it to geography work on extreme weather. That is all I can think of for now but will be back if I remember anything else! |
