Summer time=reading time woohoo!First thing I did when I got home tonight was to climb into bed and read! So sad! I then fell asleep but never mind:) How many books do people think they will read this summer?

I spent the afternoon sitting in my greenhouse reading. Yay! Don't know how many actual books I will read, but I know that reading will be a big part of my holiday.

I do love this about holidays. I have yet to pick my holiday books, but do have a few on the shelf that I still have not yet got too.
Not sure how many I will get through with a toddler in hand, but hopefully at least one in the sun, by the pool sipping something nice and cool.

Have a large collection waiting to read that I've been building up over the last few weeks and months. I usually read most when we're actually away from home - usually take about a book a day to be on the safe side, although I don't read quite that much in practice - but have been known to get through 10 or 12 on a 2 week holiday. Now my daughters are older, we often like some of the same books so that makes it easier as we swap and share between us. Share some with OH and son too, but there's not as much overlap between our tastes and neither of them read as much as the women in the family.

I have so many books on my TBR bookcase, it's great! They are now piling up on the sofa arm:)

I need to go shopping! I've just finished new David Lodge book - I love his books so much I'm re-reading one of his others for the billionth time.

How many books? Loads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get through at least 3 a week in term time and can easily read a book a day in the holidays.
