sticky dotsHas anyone eve used 'sticky dots'? If you don't know what they are (I didn't!) they are self adhesive dots of glue that are used for cardmaking etc. But I wondered if they would also work on fabrics such as felt?

Hiya, I used to use these when I made cards.
They come in different sizes from mini to quite big. They are very strong for paper/card. Not sure if they would work on felt though. Might work intially to hold something if not touched again. If was to hold say a part thay was going to be handled all the time (maybe if money container with a flap) then would come lose. Once all the fibres would get on it would prob lose stick.
You can get permament ones and from light stick to secure hold so might be ok.

Thanks conker. Yes i did get some - half price at Hobbycraft at the moment. I haven't tried them out yet, but the shop assistant tole me that they should work to stick small things like sequins etc. Will try them this week in school and see if she's right. At least I won't have spent a fortune. Thanks for thinking about me. x
