Slimming WorldHello,Does anybody do Slimming World here? I lost 3 stone in the run up to my wedding a few years ago but have put a stone of that back on. I rejoined class last week but haven't had a good week....weigh in tonight! Could really do with a slimming world buddy to keep me going during the week! Would be good to know if anybody else is following the plan and maybe we could all offer each other support? |
