Rice pudding in microwaveOk
Was hoping to make kheer (indian rice pudding) tomorrow but obviously need to cook the rice quickly so I know you can cook rice in the microwave but do I replace the water with milk when I put it in or woudl I need to add the milk after the rice is cooked - sorry, I'm rubbish at this sort of thing!
