Rainbow writing

Is rainbow writing where different word classes are written in different colours?
If so, what are the colours? I want my class to create some flashcards of adjectives, nouns and verbs and was thinking of having them write each word type in a different colour. Don't want to mix up the colours they may have seen elsewhere and confuse them.
