ProudI stood up for myself today at school for a situation that I've been in for a while now and has been making me ill. I was assertive, I feel empowered, I am proud of myself and can't believe how much better I feel tonight compared with last night.
I don't think I knew how close to the edge I was yesterday. And I now know I'll never let it get like that again as I'm going to use this to move on.
Haven't been on here much lately due to this!
