PlumsI have a few plums that are getting past it, what can I do with them?
I hate having to throw food away.

In my new role as Jam Making Expert, the things I've read about jam say that over ripe fruit are not as good as just ripe or even slightly under ripe for jam.
I'd put them in a crumble - plum crumble is the best crumble.

Crumble it is. Now will apple and plum crumble be fine?

Ooh yeah! Delicious! My personal favourite is rhubarb and gooseberries but apple and plum would go down quite easily too
