Please make me......go and do something useful please. So far this morning, I have trawled ebay, found gorgeous shoes, played on here, wandered about Facebook, while around me the house desperately needs hoovered and cleaned and tidied.
So I really should not be here. If I come back within the next hour, please chase me!

Reward yourself with 10 minutes on the internet for every half hour of jobs done (or whatever ratio works for you), or 10 minutes for every room cleaned maybe.

Well I hoovered and that was as far as I got- no point doing it all at once, need to leave some for the next time I am stuck at home
