on hold!!!!!i am trying to sort out my tax free childcare vouchers that have disappeared for october! i also got an email thanking me for my 'amendment' - i haven't changed anything!!!! i have been on hold for so long that i have read most of the posts on here, and primary, and two other forums i use! and i have typed this with one hand!! i just want to talk to somone!!!
i HATE automated voices on phone lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will be very stroppy by the time someone does talk to me!

finally all sorted! and there was nothign to sort - email was a 'mistake' and october vouchers are in the post (hm, not reassured by that!)
