think you should cook the rice in milk in the microwave since the whole point of kheer is that the rice absorbs milk rather than water. Does this link help?

No problem - I just put in a google search for microwave kheer recipes and there were several came up. I just chose the first. I'm not sure what toned milk is though!!! | ||
