Hope so- it's literacy co-ordinator but still really nervous as what I am planning to do builds upon research we were doing before half-term. Only thing is I had 10 kids off for the last week with the same bug I had so they won't have a clue. Have planned for this in independent activity for them to do some research with TA but still REALLY panicked that I won't pull it off!

Thank you for all the lovely wishes- in the end it didn't happen as the lit co-ordinator was absent from school!
Shame as the lesson was really good but that's always the way isn't it! Mind you, it was nice to ease my way back in!

What a shame after you'd done all the preparation. I had two in a row like that last term with an outside advisor. She came in to see everyone and got round everyone except me, then set another date to see me and didn't turn up for that one. Frustrating, especially as you don't know whether to be relieved or disappointed.

It is very unfortunate circumstances why my colleague couldn't be in school so I am more concerned about her really- still I didn't find out until I'd been rushing around like a lunatic all morning!
These things happen and it was a mixture or relief and disappointment!
