lemon drizzle cake

Found a recipe for this online and have always fancied having a go at making it. It serves 6 and there's only two of us but I'm sure we'll manage. Will post again when I've made / tasted it!

One of my favourite cakes - so if you'd can't manage it all I'll be glad to help out in the eating department Laughing

Don't forget to let us know Wink

Posted in the lounge. It sank in the middle cos I got it out too soon but it's delicious. Will save you a slice.

Your post inspired me though - I made a pineapple upsidedown cake,  have eaten almost half Laughing   That does count as part of my five a day though Wink

Haven't had that for years and it's delicious. Did you put cherries in the rings?

I haven't done my workout for days. Really got to get back into doing it - don't want the days to turn into weeks.

No cherries sadly - they don't last long here I'm afraid Embarassed

Yep, do that workout!
