How long does it takefor a man to outgrow his midlife crisis and become at least semi-human again? Or should I give up hope of it ever happenning and resign myself to living with a pseudo toddler for the rest of my life?

A mid-life crisis does need to last as long as a childhood (as in second childhood) - about 12 years????

Not sure when the midlife crisis started for my OH, but I have just issued an ultimatum: get it sorted or... We have not got a Subaru, so I guess I am in for a long wait.
