Halloumi cheese

Anyone tried it and/or cooked with it?  Someone suggested it to me but I've never tried it.
Chilli Queen

You can cut it into slices and then put it in a hot dry frying pan to colour it on both sides.
cornflake girl

It's delicious. I fry it and put it on top of ratatouille

ooh yeah, I'm a fan.  Nice in chunks on veggie kebabs too.  Its quite mild tasting rubberyish and quite salty (but nice!!)

I must try it. Funny you should mention it but I saw lots of recipes for it on bbcgood food the other day. So I must get some and have a go.

I have to be in the mood for it.  It's a strange texture - bit squeaky on your teeth!!
