Egg Whites - what can I do with them?My hens are now popping out 5 eggs each day, which is great, but I need more egg recipes to deal with them all.
This weekend I have decised to do some baking, but so many things need lots of yolks, but very few whites. I'm going to end up with lots of egg white wastage (try saying that fast after a lunchtime pint) unless someone can help. There's only so much merrangue one can take!

Not that you can do it for a couple of weeks, but have you thought about selling them in school - people who have chickens, plus our own school eggs go for £1 for a half dozen - a good way of getting some money back for the feed etc!

You can make scrambled eggs and omlettes with just whites, especially if you are adding cheese.
You can also make face packs!

Have just made an omlette with equal egg whites to whole eggs. It was really good. Thanks for that tip. It should work with suffles as well.
