I am baking cupcakes today and I found a recipe on the internet but wondered if anyone had any tried and tested recipes they wanted to share as I really want them to turn out lovely!

I do!! But am not at my own flat to share the recipe, am being well look after with OH at his flat and am miles away from my cook books.

Hope yours turn out lovely and I will post my recipe when i'm home for future baking days.

Thanks guys, just made them now and just have to wait 30 mins until I can try them! I had a little accident with the food colouring so they are not all exactly the pastel shades I had been aiming for!! I will let you know what they taste like in....18 minutes!

No seriously the icing is bright blue and the cakes when you get to the bottom have a crumpet effect! Would could have done that? Off out to school now but when I get back I will take a photo and post it on here:)

Cup cakes should always have a nice layer of chocolate on top - reminds me of teh ones I had as a kid. Delicious!
