CPD Books

As I mentioned on another thread, I've recently finished reading Ahead of the Class by Marie Stubbs - lots to inspire.  I'm going to read Front of the Class by Brad Cohen the American teacher who has Tourettes Syndrome but didn't let this stand in the way of his dream of becoming a teacher.  

I wondered whether anyone else has any inspirational recommendations.
