Cheesecakes! mmmmmOREO COOKIE CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
Base
200g oreo cookies been crumbed with rolling pin! (appx 25 oreo cookies)
125g melted butter
Filling
225ml double cream
400g Philadelphia
100g caster sugar
24 oreo cookies
Top
8 cookies
melted chocolate to drizzle
1. Grease and line a tin ( i use one that you can unclip the side off and the base pops out)
2. Crush the 200g of cookies with a rollling pin to make crumbs. (some cream will stick to the bag but dont worry - most will come out
3. melt butter and add the cookies
4. Push in to base and pop in fridge while you make filling
5. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Place in fridge
6. Whip cream cheese until smooth.
7. Add sugar and blend
8. Coarsley chop 24 cookies and fold into cream cheese mix
9. Fold in whipped cream
10. Put filling into tin and spread out evenly
Put in fridge for a while
11. Once firmer...
12. Melt chocolate over hot water (usually no more than half a bar of cooking chocolate)
13 drizzle over the top
14. Corsely chop the cookes for the top and place over the top of the cake and chocolte. Push into filling so it sits in nicely.
It is YUMMY!!!!!

This does sound lovely but totally calorific!! I have a lovely recipe for a lime cheesecake- its totally scrummy. Can add it if anyone is interested!
