Not quite up to running yet!! I have been doing jogging on the wiifit and improving BUT yesterday i was very brave and did a run outside. It was awful, the pavements not as flat as my living room carpet and I had to look where i was putting my feet! I did a mix of fast walking and jogging alternating each; felt more unfit than ever!
