BBQsWhat do you serve if you are having a BBQ for around 10 people? We have about 3 a year and tend to have the same food -
Burgers
Sausages
Chicken drumsticks or chicken skewers
Pasta salad
Beetroot and Feta salad
Pineapple salsa
Tomato salad
Then the usual buns, cheese, ketchup etc.
Sometimes we also do a chilli.
Does anyone have a nice recipe to share???

Afraid to say I've never done a barbecue myself. Go to one or two a year if my uncle does them but that's about it. I like grilled chicken with some kind of marinade and good quality sausages with lots of onions for hot dogs. Bananas with chocolate buttons inside and baked are a nice treat.

Living with a South African it is a ritual to BBQ or Brie as they say.
If I am with a lot of them it can be as much meat as possible.
Oh I tend to limit that as in the summer time we can have one every weekend.
I have a lovely feta buger recipie if you want. Kids love it too.
