AST pay?Hi!
I wonder if anyone can help me?
This is my second year as an AST and I haven't moved up the payscale (I'm still on level 1) Following your advice, I've spoken to the head and asked to move up the payscale (well, I've asked to move up 2 places as I coordinate ICT, Share Literacy, as well as on SMT) but apparently I'm the third most highly paid in school so can't move up. Is that right? I just don't know, and can't find out either.
Doesn't seem right that I'm still on same point 2 years running - I'm doing loads more this year compared to last year!!!
Oh, and a very successful perf management too!!
Is that right?
