Artichoke hearts

I bought a can and now I have to think of what to do with them. I have been checking out my recipe books and most seem to start from scratch. Hugh F-W suggest starting with a can of grilled artichoke hearts in oil. Mine are not grilled and not in oil. I could roast them. Adding them to a salad has been suggested with white beans and green leaves.
A dip with white beans and the hearts mashed is another possibility.
Does anyone use them?

I have enjoyed them in salad and in roasted veggies. In a salad they really give it some heart - if you'll excuse the pun.

A salad seems he way to go. Love your pun. (so early in the day a well)
Dip needs a blender which I don't have. My handheld doesn't do a great job.
Moospan

Chopped up in a dip with spinach garlic mayo and cream cheese, heaven!

Mm sounds good moo span. In the end I just chopped them up and put them in a salad with chickpeas, leftover roast pumpkin, green salad leaves a and grated red cabbage. Lovely for my lunch at school today as well.
