Argh - DT Planning - just a rant!!!I've just spent the past 2 hours looking through different websites for links and planing ideas for Moving Toys topic. Now I've got far too much and am finding it impossible to plan - can't even manage the first lesson!!! Usually annoyed because I can't find anything!!
Right, rant over, I'm going to get on with it now!

Start with product testing - research the market so to speak.
That's what I'd do anyway.
Good Luck!

Don't know if you've seen: http://www.flying-pig.co.uk but that looked good. I'm guessing its the yr 5 QCA topic? There is also http://www.mystery-productions.in...a_2003/Muirhead/website/index.htm which has some teaching on different types of movement.
I like the idea of market research
What are you doing in your other subjects? Or you could link it in with Christmas and it could be a toy they make as a present for someone.

I was about to post the links that OD posted. I always use the Nuffield plans as a starting point. There's lots in them.
