A question for any independent school people

Hi.  Do you use specialist teachers (music, gym, RE etc) within the EYs?  If so how have they adapted or have they not been asked to?  We have specialist RE, gym and music teachers and they cover the whole school.  I haven't seen a difference in their approach with R & N.  I don't think they have been asked to modify/adapt their planning or approach.
