| My union has asked me to be the rep for our school as the union does not have a rep here at the moment. Does anyone else have experience of doing this? What does it involve? |

it is as little or as much as you want. It could be just opening the post and sticking up posters, and having contact details at the ready for anyone with a problem, up to being highly active in challenging the SMT about work practices. It depends on how unpopular you want to be. _________________ I find the most agreeable people are the people who agree with me - Benjamin Disraeli. |
