Want something quick and tasty for my tea - can't be bothered to go to the supermarket, so it will have to be stuff from the pantry. Any good ideas?

| A bit late now no doubt. I like udon noodles with miso broth grated carrots, onions, dried shitake mushrooms and dried seaweed put in noodles water just before they are cooked. Add frozen peas after off heat to just thaw. add grated fresh ginger garlic ,soy sauce ,chilio to taste especially if not using miso. |
