My FIL carved a pumpkin with toddler rubba today and saved me the flesh, question is what should I use it for? Anyone got a great pumpkin recipe?

That looks really nice!

I haven't got any recipes but I had a pumpkin risotto once which was lovely.

I had it a  restaurant and yes it was rather yummy.
