I know this is a question that has come up a few times on the other place but I can face trying to search it right now.
What would you put/expect to see in a portfolio for an class teacher position?
Thank you. _________________ Keeping on keeping on |

Thanks Nutty. I have focused on ways that I have taught Literacy and Numeracy to show the different approaches I have used to try to inspire the children. I haven't included planning as this just shows what I say I am doing rather than what I do but could include an example. Have included phonics planning as this is more of a new thing. Have included photos etc. Have tried to focus on areas I think the school will want to see. _________________ Keeping on keeping on |

Have the school asked for a portfolio? These are increasingly less common now. _________________ www.trinityeducational.co.uk |

No, but I don't want to make the mistake of not having one so want to have one just in case. It is for a temporary contract so thought they would be more interested in my teaching than what I do re displays etc. _________________ Keeping on keeping on |
