I know when I started my NQT year, I didn't have a clue what to prepare over the holidays, so thought that we could perhaps start a thread of essentials and links to finding them on the net.
What do you think? _________________ Back to wondering if I can continue with this... |

Not something to download, but a box file to keep on your desk labelled emergency work, with a day or two or cover work (generic, e.g. tables work for Maths, comprehension sheet for English etc) for when you are ill and don't want to set work (and you will be ill at some point during your NQT year!) _________________ www.trinityeducational.co.uk |

This was a great idea jog-on!
My essentials include a suitcase bag on wheels - saves my back when taking books home to mark. |
