You can cut it into slices and then put it in a hot dry frying pan to colour it on both sides.

ooh yeah, I'm a fan.  Nice in chunks on veggie kebabs too.  Its quite mild tasting rubberyish and quite salty (but nice!!)

I must try it. Funny you should mention it but I saw lots of recipes for it on bbcgood food the other day. So I must get some and have a go.
