Anyone got a good recipe for flapjack - mine always makes a hard one fter a squidgy one !  |

Officially the best ever flapjack recipe:
6ox butter/marg
4 generous tablespoons golden syrup
12 oz porridge oats
4 oz light brown muscovado sugar
Melt the butter, sugar and syrup together then add the porridge oats. Bake at 180, Gas Mark 4 for 20 mins, until golden brown. You can add raisins too.
Don't be too accurate with the weights, just chuck it in until it looks right!!! _________________ Waheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.... house! |

flapjack was made successfully by son1 yesterday! made double the amount - don't know how long it will last !!!  |
