I received one from you on the 24th smallholder is that the one?

I have partially solved the problem with his books- poor child is in tugof war with parents. Mum keeps buying him books which are too hard because that's what child wants but Dad buys him easier ones. Current solution is that the child and I choose his independent book; he has a harderbook for Dad to read with him and Mum is buying audiobooks for child's mp3 player! The parents do not communicate at all. Have reassessed Read Write Inc progress and he has got all set 1 and 2 sounds and som of set3 which is progress as he had none 6 months ago.

Thanks for your help

I am quite irregular; sometimes i come on here often then i just get too busy and vanish for a while. All adds to the mystery!!
