I am doing parables this half-term in Y1, and have downloaded the stuff from your sites. Do either of you have any plans to do any word cards, word mats or work books related to Good Samaritan, Lost Sheep or Prodigal Son?
Would be very grateful if you were- hint, hint Laughing

Hiya Smile

That shouldn't be too difficult to do - we can probably do that tomorrow Smile

I can grab the characters etc from our Good Samaritan and Prodigal resources to easily make word cards.  Have popped Lost Sheep on the list... unless Bev has something...?

Dr Sparkle (sounds so much better than DR Who!), I think I love you!!!!!!
That would give me enough time to print and laminate and have ready for Monday- you angel!

I am also doing Origins of the bible in Y6 (QCA unit 5c)- got anything for that?
(Ok, it is shameless begging, but as my family always say, shy bairns get nowt!!)

I have some presentation stuff in the Bible Stories section but no harm in both of us making additional stuff because our stuff is quite different!

It'll probably take me longer to get round to it though!

Morning!

Are these the kind of thing you were after?

and

We're working on some visual aids for The Lost Sheep... not sure if they will be done today though.

SB Smile

Fantastic, thank you so much.
Am printing them as I type, will make a change for me to be so organised as to have my next 3 weeks of RE planned and all resources ready!! With your vis aids and Bev's powerpoints, I am very ready for if HMI turn up.

Now if one of your elves would like to move in with me and sort out the rest of my planning and resources that would be very acceptable!! Cannot promise good weather but I can promise an elfy diet (boom, boom!)
